We liked the first set so much, we ordered a second set. They are very bright....I love it!! They will work on a timer as long as you don't connect the dimmer. Recommend SMY Lighting.

This Blue Light Therapy Lamp is superior. As the previous owner of another brand of lamp, I can knowledgably state that this lamp is far better. For one thing, the light panel is considerably larger, providing a broader field of soothing light. For another, unlike my previous brand, the 2-level intensity of this lamp is soft and relaxing, rather than harsh and annoying. In addition, the 10- 20- and 30-minute timer intervals shut off automatically when time is up, a great advantage when I‘m too busy on my computer to keep track of therapy session length. All in all, I’m very pleased with this product—and its price—and I recommend it with confidence.
