Bought and moved into a house in November 2024. The house was built in 2007. There were lights in the steps going up to the front door. I guess they were on all the time, but one night they were amazingly bright and the next day all were out but one, then it went out. It took me a while to figure out what these were: SMY LED Deck lights. I did find a very small instruction paper in the prior owners files. In contained an email addres to Mark. I did a hail marry and sent him an email. He was very responsive and advised steps to take. I did notice a RF device inline but I couldn't find a remote in the house. Mark suggested I purchase a transformer and dimmer kit. They arrived in Washington state in a few weeks. Hooked them up in a few minutes and it works great. Thanks Mark!

I ordered a 3 pin power supply on the website but you sent me a 2 pin supply which was useless to me. I asked to return it and was told " I just send out the orders" try the website. Poor customer service. It cost me another $45.00 to replace my lights from a different company.. Thanks for nothing.

Replacements were available on line 4 years after purchase and I got 1 and a spare for future use. Very easy.

Delivery takes over two weeks to receive order

My lights work again now. Took 13 days from order to delivery but wasn’t urgent so that’s ok.
